World Languages
Language and communication are at the heart of the human experience. Through the study of World Languages, students develop linguistic and cultural competency to communicate successfully in a pluralistic American society and abroad. These skills are desired by many employers in the Seattle Area and complement a wide variety of careers. Language courses are offered in a variety of formats (online, remote, and face-to-face). They are designed to help you transfer to the school of your choice for a bachelor’s degree in a World Language and meet the requirements of your AA-DTA.
Career
Students who chose the World Languages Pathway, oftentimes pursue a major in political science (pre-law), pre-med, communications, business, public service, education, tourism, journalism, international relations, and diplomacy.
